1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must represent that you meet the digital age of consent in your region (at least 13 years old, or older as mandated by regional consumer protection legislation). If you are under 18, you may only access the platform under the active supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

PixelMix is a visual synthesis application that implements advanced machine-learning pipelines. Through active internet connections to GPU networks, you are provided with:

• Multi-layer neural image blending (Image Mixer).
• Cross-genre prompt synthesis (Style Fusion).
• Shared creative remix pipelines (Remix Engine).
• Lossless scaling up to 4K resolution (HD Precision Enhancer).

All assets rendered represent automated algorithmic approximations. They are provided "as-is" strictly for personal amusement and creative exploration, and carry zero professional warranty or scientific authenticity.

3. GPU Computation Billing and Refunds

Advanced neural blend filters and fast GPU queue prioritizations require the expenditure of In-App credits or VIP subscription renewals.

• Payment Gateways: Transactions are securely executed and finalized via Apple App Store and Google Play merchant billing frameworks.
• Credit Expenditures: Since multi-image rendering draws immediate real-time server GPU workload, all credit allocations are consumed instantly upon submission. Consequently, all purchases are non-refundable through us.
• Refund Actions: Any financial disputes, billing issues, or refund requests must be addressed directly to Apple or Google systems under their standard platform refund policies.

4. Creative Rights & Remix Culture

Your Input Assets: You retain all rights to the seed images and custom prompt configs you upload to PixelMix, provided you do not infringe upon prior copyrights.

Creative Remix License: In the spirit of cooperative design, if you choose to publish a prompt configuration or visual seed to the public PixelMix feed, you grant all other users an irrevocable, royalty-free, global, non-exclusive license to "Remix" and "Fork" your parameters to create their own derivative visual outcomes (Remix Culture).

Operational License: To host your images, render them via GPU clusters, and display them in your cross-device history, you grant PixelMix a limited, global, royalty-free license to parse and display your files solely to deliver the Services.

5. Prohibited Activities

To keep the creative workspace respectful and secure, you covenant that you will not input prompts or upload reference images that:

• Exploit or harm minors in any capacity.
• Synthesize non-consensual deepfakes of real individuals, public figures, or generate explicit non-consensual sexual assets.
• Enforce bulk scraping tools or seek to extract, decompile, or reverse-engineer underlying neural network parameter files.
• Attempt to launch denial-of-service (DDoS) efforts against our GPU node arrays.

We deploy robust filter arrays. Any violation of these codes of conduct will result in the immediate closure of guest credentials, premium VIP forfeitures, and account bans.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Deep-learning mixing contains a degree of computational randomness. Outcomes may occasionally be distorted, abstract, or differ from your prompts. We provide no warranty of visual accuracy, aesthetic beauty, or suitability for commercial profit. The Service is provided entirely "as-available" at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum limit permitted by law, PixelMix developers, providers, and affiliates shall carry no liability for any special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This covers, without limit, computer latency costs, loss of creative concepts, intellectual property disputes arising from AI output synthesis, or personal distress associated with automated rendering results.

8. Governing Law

These Terms, and all disputes arising from your interaction with the creative system, shall be governed by the laws applicable in the territory where the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict of law regulations, unless local statutes dictate otherwise.
